We process your personal data for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where relevant, discussing a potential engagement with you. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and the equivalent provision under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data).
Your data is used only to respond to your message. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as described below.
We use Formspree to process contact form submissions. Formspree receives the data you submit and transmits it to us by email. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. We recommend reviewing Formspree's Privacy Policy for details of their data handling practices.
We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your message, or as required by applicable law. If no engagement follows, we delete correspondence within 12 months of the last communication.
